Originally from French-speaking Switzerland, with a viticultural training reduced to the simplest expression, the Bavaud family decided to become farmers to cultivate quality grapes to produce exceptional wines. Xavier, Martine and Valentin bought the farm in April 2020 when it was COVID19 and they had to wait until August 27 to be on the farm. The previous owners had already converted the vines into an organic winery. Their objectives are multiple but the main idea remains to produce the wines on the property by becoming the winegrowers and Valentin the eunologist of the smallest entirely organic farm!

We believe that wine is something everyone can appreciate. It makes life a little sweeter! “When the wine is drawn, it must be drunk, especially if it is good” (Marcel Pagnol) and “There is more philosophy in a bottle of wine than in all the books.” (Louis Pasteur).

No pretension here but passion and listening to nature… Good things are the simplest, but simplicity is full of complexity! Sharing our wines is an invitation to relax and escape…
